Merav Oliva Barzilai
Merav’s truest passion is the reason why we’re here today. Channeling her fiery enthusiasm to what she loved most, since childhood, earned her top honors as an Industrial Design graduate. In 2000, Merav founded BARZILAI and under her leadership, the company has become synonymous with powerful brand experiences in the international exhibition industry, touching many industries, from mobile to luxury brands, defense to medical aesthetics. With more than 24 years of experience, Merav brings a distinct, creative eye with a sharp sense of aesthetics that guides every client’s project. She is personally involved in each endeavor, with an exceptional capacity for strong visual interpretation and an air of passion and excellence that reflect her ability to grasp the full picture while tuning into the most intricate details. Merav possesses the innate strength to continually inspire the team to aim high, expand their perception and venture beyond seeming limitations. These very core values have resulted in a track record that reflects the company’s enduring capacity to meet the most demanding design and realization challenges.

Key Account Manager
Amicable and charming, Francesco is fluent in five languages and having lived in many countries, has a natural talent for connecting with people of different backgrounds and cultures. A true cosmopolitan! In fact, name any exhibition venue on the planet and he has worked there. While some may live for the destination, Francesco is an avid believer in the importance of the journey, a vision which matches his enduring patience and whole-hearted dedication to exceed clients’ expectations. His Italian roots are undeniable in his aesthetic expression and keen eye for design. Resourceful and solution-oriented, challenges are molded into creative experiences under Francesco’s direction – a trait that is highly valued among colleagues and distinguished clients. The path to fulfilling our objectives matters and Francesco’s positive energy is a source of inspiration that guides our working principles in the field. In 2005, Francesco joined BARZILAI as a business partner, directing the account management team, extending support to global production teams, and has since set the most demanding European standards of quality production and services offered by the company.

Netaly was born and raised in France. She moved to Israel in 1992. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and English from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA in International Management from the College of Business Management. With over 10 years of experience working as a Marcom and Project Manager in various organizations and a couple of years of experience as an account manager and events producer, Netaly serves as the primary point of contact between BARZILAI and its customers. Netaly’s skills in connecting and collaborating with people are fantastic and are in perfect tune with BARZILAI’s goals and values.

Udi has a vast experience in project management and producing international conferences/meetings in all parts of the world. His excellent operational and client relations skills Combined with his interior design studies background have naturally landed him into the account manager position. Udi believes that understanding clients is art, and as such, you need to understand the history, feel the spirit of the time and always be creative in your solutions.

Emmanuel has a diverse background. He holds an LL.B from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and has an extensive experience working in the high-tech industry. Highly accountable, fearless and passionate, Emmanuel is front and center at BARZILAI, with exceptional communications skills and a contagious team spirit. Emmanuel manages clients’ accounts from a wide range of industries, ensuring the launch and integration of new projects into the workflow.
Having done business with clients from the U.S. to China, Emmanuel is in his element working on international assignments, whether in a nearby country or the farthest continent. He is the first to take initiative on a challenge, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of each project.
He has great taste (he’s French) and is fluent in English, French and Hebrew. He draws inspiration from beautiful architecture and fine watchmaking – he is particularly fond of his Hublot watch, gifted by his wife. Emmanuel is passionate about football and is an avid fan of the French national team and Real Madrid.

Orit leads the marketing activities for BARZILAI, making sure the brand’s key messages are communicated among the team, as well as with existing and potential clients. She delights in the creative space that defines her professional playground, delving into her mission of placing BARZILAI in every exhibitors’ reach. You could say she’s a creative ‘mixologist’, applying creative content through digital tools combined with strategic tactics and analytical skills to share our unique selling points with the world. To meet her objectives, Orit commands multiple channels including our website, social media, marketing portfolio and newsletters to implement effective communication techniques and deliver measurable results.
Prior to joining BARZILAI she led the marketing activities for a global consumer electronics corporation and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide her. She loves to travel and explore new cultures in her free time, feeding her curious and imaginative mind.

Business Development Manager
Elad holds a BA in Business Management (Major in Finance) and an MBA in Marketing. An adventurous wanderer, Elad enjoys the rush of high-impact sports and exploring different cultures through travel, including journeys across China, Europe, and the United States, where he called New York his home for a while. His extensive travels also exposed him to many professional experiences where he worked as Team Leader in the plastic industry and the apparel trading industry, acquiring a wealth of international sales experience. With more than 15 years as an expert in sales direction, Elad brings to the table a unique approach and communication style that resounds with our international clients’ needs.

Eden brings eight years’ experience in various marketing & sales roles; he is well-equipped with proven skills and strategies to help the company reach new and existing markets and steer the business forward. Leveraging his positive spirit, self-starter attitude and people-first approach, Eden is a wizard in researching, identifying and securing new leads. He is the first person to meet with clients and works with them to construct an initial roadmap of the brand goals and values to ensure every centimeter of exhibitions space is well-invested and thought-out when we get the brief.
Off hours, Eden enjoys meeting friends and cultivating an active lifestyle. On this ‘last read’ of books/podcasts is ‘How full is your bucket’, ‘Eat that frog’, and NLP- the guides for happiness. He is currently working on a big project to rescue dogs from shelters.

Ido was originally a bit of an outsider to the design and exhibition world, completing his B.A. in Communications and Management; he had to start from the bottom and learn everything about the exhibition world from scratch, through different workshops and seminars. Working as a freelancer for many years, Ido had produced exhibitions and booths for key companies all over the world, also working with BARZILAI for the first time in 2013; after 4 years of collaborations Ido joined BARZILAI full time as a Production Manager, bringing on board great knowledge, plenty of experience in overall production and innovative ideas and techniques. Ido is married and has two kids. His favorite pastime is chilling on the couch with his wife watching TV; he is also a huge foodie, loves to cook and is always on the lookout for the best restaurants wherever he goes.
Traffic | Production Manager
Adi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the School of Design & Innovation – College of Management. Adi has been working in the trade show industry for the past 8 years managing and producing many exhibition stands, stores, exhibition halls and various events around the world. With a very keen eye on events, trends and production regulations in the international exhibition arena, she conducts traffic, studio assignments, customer relations and production, while leaving no room for mediocrity or imperfection.

Exhibition Stand Designer
Adi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Shankar College. She is a multidisciplinary designer with a comprehensive knowledge about digital tools. During her spare time, she likes being exposed to other fields that involve design such as creation of concrete jewelry and home-made products. As a 3D Designer at BARZILAI, Adi expresses her extensive knowledge by bringing creative solutions from other fields and by integrating few tools in designing a booth.

Amit Miron Tamayev
Exhibition Stand Designer
A highly skilled and experienced interior and graphic designer, Amit works magic on our client briefs, transforming ideas into vivid 3D designs to visualize our clients’ exhibition spaces. Working alongside a team of graphic designers and using the most advanced digital modeling systems, she applies her design expertise to create high resolution renderings with well-studied spaces that capture each client’s unique identity, story and objectives. No two projects are alike at the BARILZAI studio; Amit takes on this challenge with enthusiasm and curiosity and applies her strong sense of aesthetics, love for detail, conceptual thinking, and creative eye to design award-winning exhibition spaces with our team.
Now in her senior year, Amit is pursuing a degree in interior and graphic design at the ‘School of Design and Innovation’, a specialized division at the ‘College of Management’. When away from the digital drawing board, Amit dedicates her time to family life, arts and culture experiences including cuisine, architecture, drawing and film.

Exhibition Stand Designer
Avital completed her bachelor’s degree in interior design with honors while working as a teaching assistant. She also possesses skills in UI/UX field, design for VR and sketching. As a 3D Designer at BARZILAI, Avital is in charge of taking ideas and transforming them into reality, cultivating the look and feel of BARZILAI’s booths; to do this, she draws inspiration from all forms of art, architecture and design as well as the small details a client may mention when brainstorming ideas for a booth.
Senior Graphic Designer
Following the completion of her intensive, graphic design studies, Elinor began her career with a decision to specialize in exhibition design. She has excellent interpersonal skills and off hours, she lends her know-how and experience by teaching students of graphic design at an academic and architecture school in Tel Aviv. She is extremely perceptive and persistent in her work approach, and her distinct creativity and fresh new ideas work wonders in preparing our very own marketing materials too. Inspired by the harmonious contrast that nature provides, Elinor believes in the power of small details to transform and impact any given space, and follows the design philosophy of minimal sophistication. These influences can be seen in every project she touches, offering a design language that is subtle yet powerful.

Noa Bieder Barad
Noa holds a Graphic & Digital Design diploma. She has worked as a visual merchandiser while designing displays for stores for the past 3 years. She specializes in branding, UX UI, graphic, web design & illustration bringing a colorful spectrum of experience to the team. Her strong passion for design and aesthetics which started at the age of 12 during a lesson on “The History of Art”, drew her path in becoming a designer. She was able to become a designer out of true love for design and she turned her passion into profession.

Finance Director Assistant
Michal holds a BA in Economics and Management. Michal can be found in her office analyzing charts, reports and statistics on a daily basis. She is a true professional with an in-depth understanding of how to run the organization’s financial engines in a fast-paced environment. Her devotion makes her a real asset to the team.

Administration | Travel Manager
Ludmi was born and raised in Argentina. She holds a certificate in Travel Management and has been working as an administrative manager for the past 12 years. She is very organized, detail-oriented, and analytical which are important skills in running day-to-day administrative operations. She is always up-to-date on last minute developments which goes hand in hand due to the fast paced environment at BARZILAI. Ludmi is dedicated in ensuring that the team’s journey in-office and en-route to project execution, is as seamless and smooth as possible.
